VISION & MISSION STATEMENT
Our Ministry’s Vision and Mission, together with
our aims and objectives,
are as follows:
A. THE VISION
We aspire to expand all ministry efforts and foster holistic individual development wherever we operate, with a focused commitment to
addressing all forms of poverty.
B. OUR MISSION
- To seek, mentor, equip, and strategically place voluntary field workers within our African operational areas.
This includes assessing the needs of communities, discussing viable solutions, and drafting and implementing action plans to
address identified challenges. - To mobilize both African and global communities to actively participate in uplifting and empowering African people.
STRATEGIC PLAN
I. Seeking, Training, and Placement
We aim to identify, train, and deploy voluntary field workers within our African operational areas.
This process addresses the needs of communities—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—through evangelistic outreach,
mentoring, and equipping programs.
Workable solutions are enforced to ensure sustainable development.
II. Mobilizing African and Global Communities
We partner with individuals, businesses, religious organizations, and other ministries to facilitate entrepreneurial and life skills training
programs, contributing to the eradication of poverty and the empowerment of communities.
III. Outreach Programs
Trained volunteer fieldworker groups will engage ministers and community members in structured outreach programs.
These programs target farming communities, reserves, cattle posts, schools, clinics, and other local institutions, addressing needs as
they arise and fostering holistic community development.
IV. Care Group Establishment
The ministry will establish Care Groups in communities where ministry efforts are active.
These groups will ensure that individuals hear, grow in, and live by God’s Word.
Aftercare and ongoing support for these Care Groups will be the responsibility of the founding volunteer field worker at
the time of establishment.
