So, who are we?
Let us share a short testimony of how it started,
up untill where we find ourselves today.
How did it all come into being?
In August 2016, after many years working in the South African Short-Term Insurance and Healthcare industries respectively,
God called both Pastor Elroy and Santie Du Toit into full-time missions ministry.
Their journey began by serving with various mission organizations and church denominations for the first two years,
gaining valuable experience and spiritual grounding. In 2018, God clearly directed them to Namibia—
Pastor Elroy’s country of birth—where their calling took deeper root.

Pastor Elroy and Santie Du Toit into full-time missions ministry.
Their journey began by serving with various mission organizations and church denominations for the first two years,
gaining valuable experience and spiritual grounding. In 2018, God clearly directed them to Namibia—Pastor Elroy’s country
of birth—where their calling took deeper root.
Initially, they stayed briefly in Keetmanshoop to finalize Namibian citizenship, but the Lord soon led them
supernaturally to the small town of Bethanie in the Southern Karas Region.
For two and a half years, they ministered among farming communities as well as the impoverished Nama people.
It was also during this time that Elroy also began his theological training, while together they
established a children’s upliftment centre—providing food, spiritual care, and emotional
support to little ones growing up in hardship.
In 2020, the Lord opened the door for them to serve in Rosh Pinah for a year, where they
strengthened the local community and laid the foundations for what would become
a newly Registered Non-Profit Missions Organization, at the time called Co-Missions 4 Jesus Namibia.
Shortly thereafter, God resettled them to Keetmanshoop—the capital of the Karas Region.
From this central location, they established ‘The Mission House’, now called Base Namibia, from which
they could more effectively reach Southern Namibia with the Gospel and carry out the vision entrusted to them.
After seven years of Namibian ministry and nine years since first being called, the Lord again spoke in 2025—this time
enlarging the vision beyond Namibian borders, into the continent of AFRICA.
In response, Co-Missions AFRICA was formally registered, stepping into a broader calling to serve the nations.
Co-Missions AFRICA also has a God-fearing, committed and loving famility working and breaking new ground
under its umbrella in Malawi, for about two years now. This marks the beginning of a new chapter—expanding
the work from Southern Namibia into AFRICA as a whole.
We are trusting God to continue opening new ministry doors in the months and years to come in order for us
to exult His mighty name, in advancing His Kingdom throughout AFRICA.
